Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Consultant | Contract | Auckland
We’re working with a well-established Microsoft-focused consultancy that is continuing to grow its delivery capability across New Zealand. They’re looking for a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Technical Consultant to join their team on an initial contract with the strong potential to transition into a permanent role.
This is an opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced group of consultants delivering enterprise Microsoft business application projects, helping organisations modernise their platforms and unlock the full value of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
About the role
In this role you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform, contributing to both technical delivery and solution design. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Building Power Platform applications including Canvas Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages
- Developing integrations and extensions using .NET, C#, and Dataverse customisations
- Supporting solution design, technical documentation, and data models
- Collaborating with delivery teams on large-scale transformation projects
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver real business value
You'll bring:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Experience developing Plugins, Web Resources, and Dataverse customisations
- Experience across the Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Development experience with .NET / C# / SQL
- Familiarity with Azure services such as App Services, Function Apps, Logic Apps, or Service Bus
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Microsoft certifications across
- Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are highly desirable.
