Our client is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join a major health technology programme delivering a modern, cloud-based maternity and neonatal platform across the Waikato region.
This is a significant contract opportunity supporting the implementation of a new SaaS solution that will replace the existing on-premise maternity system. Waikato is the first region to implement the full suite, including Maternity, Neonatal, and Newborn Hearing, making this a highly visible and strategically important programme.
Working across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and clinical teams, you'll be responsible for driving delivery, ensuring key milestones are achieved, managing risks and dependencies, and keeping the programme on track through planning, implementation, and optimisation.
About You
You'll be an experienced Delivery Lead or Agile Project Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes within complex organisations.
Ideally you'll bring:
- Extensive experience leading enterprise software or SaaS implementation programmes.
- Strong programme and project delivery capability across planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with multiple vendors, senior executives, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent risk, dependency, financial, and delivery management skills.
- Healthcare or public sector experience will be highly regarded, particularly within clinical systems or digital health programmes.
