About the role
As a Delivery Lead, you'll own end-to-end delivery across a complex omnichannel transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders across technology, product, and operations. Your main responsibilities include:
- Driving platform consolidation and migration from legacy systems to a new ecosystem
- Translating strategy into clear, executable delivery plans across multiple workstreams
- Managing integrations across systems to ensure seamless customer and operational experiences
- Overseeing vendors and delivery partners to ensure quality, pace, and accountability
- Managing risks, dependencies, and governance across the programme
- Supporting business readiness and change to ensure smooth adoption across teams
You're a seasoned Delivery Lead who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to transformation programmes. You'll bring:
- Proven experience leading large-scale eCommerce or omni-channel delivery programmes
- Strong background in platform migration, system consolidation, or digital transformation
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of integration delivery and customer journey design
- Ability to balance commercial outcomes, customer experience, and technical delivery
