Our client is a recently formed organisation following a period of significant organisational change, bringing together people, systems and ways of working into a more unified operating environment. They are consolidating their technology, data, information management, and business processes into a single unified operating model. As part of this transformation, they are implementing a new ERP platform and modernising the organisation’s data landscape.
The Data & Analytics Lead will play a critical role in supporting the data implications of an ERP programme while contributing to broader data integration and strategy work across the organisation. This role requires someone confident working across varied and complex data environments, able to deliver hands‑on transactional work while also contributing to higher‑level strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data workstreams associated with an ERP transformation, including integration, data flow impacts, and transition from existing systems.
- Support the consolidation of data practices and tools across multiple entities.
- Work closely with architecture and digital leadership to shape organisation‑wide data principles and approaches.
- Analyse current‑state data environments and provide structured, practical recommendations.
- Deliver both immediate transactional outcomes and contribute to long‑term data foundations.
- Engage with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment, clarity, and quality across data‑related initiatives.
- Proven experience in senior data roles (Data Lead, Data Architect, Analytics Lead, BI Lead, etc.).
- Strong background in data integration, data flows, mapping, and transition work.
- Ability to operate at both a hands‑on transactional level and a higher strategic level.
- Comfortable navigating complex organisations with a wide variety of data tools and models.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non‑technical groups.
- Analytical, structured, and detail‑driven approach.
- Experience delivering data work within ERP‑related programmes (any platform).
- Experience in complex environments where data tools and practices vary significantly.
- Ability to partner with architecture teams to shape enterprise‑level data direction.
