About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Communications, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-profile transformation programme, supporting communication activities across a broad range of channels and stakeholder groups.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering customer, employee, stakeholder and media communications
- Drafting key messages, Q&As, media statements, customer notifications, briefing materials and executive communications
- Managing stakeholder engagement across a complex programme environment
- Supporting media relations and issues management activities
- Coordinating approvals and ensuring communications are accurate, compliant and delivered on time
- Working closely with senior leaders, legal, finance, HR and external partners
- Experience within a highly regulated industry
- Strong background in M&A or communications
- Proven media relations and stakeholder engagement experience
- Exceptional writing, editing and message development skills
- Experience communicating with both internal and external audiences
- The ability to operate confidently in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and changing priorities
