About the role
You’ll lead change management activity across a programme focused on consolidating and improving clinical portal capability across the region.
Working closely with programme and delivery teams, clinical leaders, operational teams and technology stakeholders, you’ll help understand the current environment and prepare impacted teams for significant changes to systems, processes and ways of working.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Undertaking change impact and readiness assessments across multiple districts.
- Mapping stakeholder groups and building strong engagement with clinical and operational teams.
- Supporting communications, engagement, training and adoption activity.
- Identifying change risks, resistance and dependencies early.
- Working closely with project, technical and clinical teams to support successful implementation.
- Helping navigate a complex environment with different levels of digital maturity, processes and system capability.
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager who has delivered complex technology or digital transformation programmes within large organisations.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong end-to-end organisational change management experience.
- Experience working across complex, multi-site or multi-stakeholder environments.
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders, operational teams and frontline users.
- Strong change impact, readiness, communications and adoption experience.
- The ability to work effectively where scope, dependencies and solutions are still evolving.
- Healthcare or clinical technology experience would be highly advantageous.
Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand and be based in Hamilton or the greater Waikato region.
