This is a significant programme, a multi-year ERP transformation involving SAP, with substantial people, process, and technology change across the business. You'll be operating as 2IC to the Enterprise Change Lead, which means real influence at a strategic level, combined with hands-on delivery across multiple workstreams. You'll be a senior voice in a dedicated, people-centred change team, helping to shape and drive change delivery from end to end. In this role, you'll be:
- Partnering closely with the Enterprise Change Lead and contributing to programme-wide change strategy
- Leading change impact assessments and translating insights into targeted interventions
- Developing and owning change, communication, and transition plans across complex workstreams
- Building strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment and readiness
- Leading change readiness activities and embedding new ways of working across the organisation
- Measuring effectiveness and bringing a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do
- Coaching and supporting others on the team through the delivery journey
You're an experienced change professional who knows what it takes to make change land in a large, complex environment. What matters most is that you bring:
- Proven experience leading change on a large-scale or transformational programme
- SAP or ERP programme experience — this is essential to the work
- The ability to think and operate at a senior level, while staying grounded in day-to-day delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders
- Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- A commitment to working in culturally safe and inclusive ways
- A relevant qualification and/or change management certification (essential)
