Change Manager – ERP Programme
Six months. Oracle Fusion. A genuinely interesting organisation. If you're a Change Manager who thrives in the detail of a large-scale ERP programme and knows how to bring people on the journey, this one's worth a look.

The Role
Based in Auckland central (hybrid), you'll be embedded in a large organisation as they roll out Oracle Fusion ERP across their business. You'll work within a dedicated Change and Communications team, getting into the substance of the transformation rather than just the surface comms.

Day-to-day you'll be:
  • Conducting structured change impact assessments across people, process, systems, data, and behaviour
  • Developing change strategies, domain-specific change approaches, and practical change plans
  • Preparing communications and change materials tailored to different audiences across the business
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and readiness tracking like registers, surveys, assessments, insight summaries
  • Helping establish and run change networks and champion groups
  • Contributing people-change thinking to cutover and transition planning
  • Supporting training and capability workstreams with role-based impact analysis and audience definitions
What You'll Bring
  • Solid experience as a Change Manager on large-scale digital or ERP transformation programmes
  • Strong change impact analysis skills
  • Sound knowledge of change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) applied pragmatically, not theoretically
  • The ability to translate complexity into clear, audience-appropriate communications and materials
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for governance, engagement, and training outputs
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing inputs without a lot of hand-holding
Prior experience on an Oracle ERP programme would be a bonus.
