You'll be embedded in one of the critical workstreams, working closely with an experienced Change Manager to drive change activities across a diverse and engaged stakeholder group.
This is a hands-on execution role in which you will be expected to work on a number of change-related activities, including:
- Running and refreshing impact assessments across the programme in collaboration with impacted teams
- Engaging stakeholders at all levels - Senior Leaders, frontline and back office staff - to keep plans moving forward
- Developing and executing change comms, engagement, and sustainment plans
- Supporting demo sessions with subject matter experts
- Formalising the change roles across the programme - what it means to be a great sponsor, people leader, and change champion - and driving buy-in from those groups
- Collaborating with other specialists on the workstream to align on activities
What You'll Bring
- Solid practical change management experience and knowledge of change frameworks (PROSCI not required)
- A track record in technology or transformation programmes (highly preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills - you're confident, credible, and easy to work with at every level
- Experience developing change comms, engagement, and sustainment deliverables
- Flexibility and pragmatism - you know that best practice is the goal, but getting there isn't always linear
