We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Candidate Manager to join Team Momentum supporting two high performing Senior Consultants across a few sectors.
No recruitment experience needed, just confidence, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.

In this role, you’ll:
- Source and screen candidates
- Conduct phone interviews and build talent pools
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate updates
- Keep processes moving in a fast-paced environment
- Provide day-to-day support to two experienced Senior Consultants
