We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Candidate Manager to join Team Momentum supporting two high performing Senior Consultants across a few sectors.

No recruitment experience needed, just confidence, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Source and screen candidates
  • Conduct phone interviews and build talent pools
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate updates
  • Keep processes moving in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide day-to-day support to two experienced Senior Consultants
You might come from retail, hospitality, sales, admin or be a recent graduate, what matters most is your attitude, resilience and drive.
