Business Intelligence Specialist - 4 Month Contract Opportunity
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a proactive Business Intelligence Specialist for an exclusive 4-month contract to cover a key team member's leave. This is your chance to step into a role from day one, working with cutting-edge analytics tools while expanding your skillset in a supportive, growing team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This isn't just maintenance - it's a perfect blend of 'doing' and 'creating in a new way':
Platform Migration & Modernisation
• Support the exciting transition from SQL Server to Snowflake
• Migrate existing reports to new, well-modelled modern schemas
• Help roll out new data sources as the platform evolves
Dashboard Development & Management
• Maintain and enhance live Power BI dashboards
• Build new capabilities and reporting solutions
• Create dashboards for regulatory compliance (EID, EPQ reporting)
• Develop vegetation management scheduling dashboards
New System Integration
• Support integration of new Siebel CRM system (going live April 2026)
• Help establish reporting frameworks for emerging data sources
• Balance autonomy with collaborative consolidation across the new platform
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Skills
• 3+ years BI/analytics experience with the right attitude
• Strong Power BI capabilities (graphs, visualisations, dashboard development) • Solid SQL background and data integration experience
• Experience in enterprise BI environments preferred
