I'm currently recruiting for multiple permanent Business Analyst opportunities with a well-stablished organisation based in Auckland Central area.
These roles sit within a team delivering transformation and change initiatives focused on business optimisation, working across both internal and external projects that improve processes, systems, and overall business performance.
About the roles
Opportunities for Junior and Intermediate Business Analyst who are keen to grow their careers in a collaborative enterprise environment.
Junior Business Analyst: This opportunity will suit someone with 2-3 years' experience, someone early in their BA career who has already gained some exposure to requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, or process analysis.
Intermediate Business Analyst: You have about 5 years of BA experience, you are confident working with stakeholders, analysing business processes, and contributing to transformation or improvement initiatives. You are an independent operator looking to have increased responsibilities.
Key skills
You'll bring experience working in an enterprise environment, strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
Exposure to process improvement, change initiatives, or system-related projects is highly desirable.
