About the Role
Reporting into a collaborative project and delivery environment, you'll work across a range of business and technology projects, helping to identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring solutions align with organisational objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and requirements
- Analysing current processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Documenting business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications
- Facilitating workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Supporting project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery through to testing and implementation
- Working closely with technical teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and delivered
- Supporting change initiatives and helping stakeholders successfully adopt new ways of working
You'll be a proactive and commercially minded Business Analyst with experience working across both business and technology-focused projects.
Ideally you'll bring:
- Several years' experience as a Business Analyst across a variety of project environments
- Experience working on both functional and technical initiatives
- Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience producing business requirements documentation and supporting solution design
- Exposure to project delivery methodologies and full project lifecycles
- The ability to operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
- Relevant Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, BCS, Six Sigma or similar)
- Exposure to business systems, applications, and process improvement initiatives
