About the Role:
This opportunity is a 12-month fixed-term contract with further potential to extend. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and implementation partners to help deliver a successful ERP rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements
- Analyse current processes and assist with designing future processes aligned to the ERP solution
- Translate requirements into functional documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps
- Support system configuration and ensure it aligns with approved requirements
- Assist with data mapping, integration requirements, and validation activities
- Work with stakeholders to ensure a smooth change journey and successful adoption
About You:
You will bring strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work well with technical and business teams. You enjoy problem-solving, learning new systems, and contributing to large-scale transformations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience working on at least one ERP implementation(such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Netsuite, or similar)
- Strong understanding of how ERP systems support business processes
- Ability to produce clear documentation, process flows, and requirements
- Comfortable communicating with technical teams around integrations, data, and solution design
- Familiarity with testing processes and defect management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
