BI Developer | 4-week contract | Auckland
This role focuses on leading the development of a new dashboard, drawing data from an established Snowflake environment into Power BI.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design and development of a new Power BI dashboard end to end
- Writing and optimising SQL queries against a Snowflake data environment
- Working collaboratively with existing analytical teams to align on data requirements and outputs
- Applying data visualisation best practices to deliver clear, actionable insights
- Communicating progress and design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
You are a Power BI specialist who is comfortable taking ownership of a build from brief to delivery.
You will bring:
- Strong Power BI experience with an eye for clean, effective dashboard design
- Solid SQL skills, with the ability to query and shape data confidently
- A good understanding of data modelling, warehousing, and ETL concepts
- Snowflake experience or certification (a real bonus)
