Luisa holds a Master of Management in Human Resource Management from Massey University and a Bachelor of Business Management. Her academic background has given her a strong grounding in people practices, with a particular focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and recruitment strategies. This foundation supports her hands-on experience and ensures she brings both knowledge and empathy to her work.
