Lin joined Momentum in April of this year as a Tech Recruiter with 10+ years of experience and a background in HR.
Lin recruit across technical and transformation roles, including Data & AI, Software Engineering, QA, and Project & Transformation roles such as Change Manager, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Program Managers/Director and Delivery Leads. She supports both contract and permanent hiring, working closely with clients to solve complex talent challenges.
Lin is actively involved in AI/ML recruitment since 2023 and is particularly interested in how emerging technologies are reshaping the future of work. She is passionate about understanding people - not just what they do, but how they think and operate. She believes great hiring is about alignment, not just matching skills.
Outside of work, she's a Pilates instructor. The passion for movement and body awareness naturally translates into her recruitment style - focused, intentional, and centred on long-term balance and performance.
