Auckland born and raised, Lesha recently returned to the city after eight years living in the South Island, joining the Momentum Auckland team in June 2026. With over a decade of recruitment experience, she specialises in tech talent acquisition, end-to-end delivery, and hiring strategies that connect exceptional candidates with the right opportunities. As a Delivery Consultant, her focus is on driving recruitment outcomes through a deep understanding of the full delivery lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and engagement through to placement and beyond.

Lesha is passionate about building meaningful relationships with both candidates and clients, grounded in trust and collaboration. Her approach combines a thorough understanding of recruitment processes with advanced tools and strategies to enhance sourcing, improve candidate experience, and deliver tailored solutions that support her clients' transformation journeys.

What drew you back to Auckland after eight years in the South Island?
The South Island gave me some incredible experiences both personally and professionally but Auckland has always been home. Coming back felt like the right next chapter, and the opportunity to join Momentum at such an exciting time in the market made the timing perfect. I'm looking forward to reconnecting with the city and building something meaningful here.

What does a great candidate experience look like to you?
For me, it starts with genuinely listening. Every candidate has a different story, different priorities, and different motivators and it's my job to understand those before anything else. A great experience means candidates feel informed and respected throughout the process, not just when an offer is on the table. I want people to walk away feeling like the process was done with them, not to them.

Why do you focus on delivery and candidate management specifically?
Because I am genuinely energised by the end-to-end process, finding the right person, guiding them through, and making sure the outcome is right for both the candidate and the client. Candidate management is where relationships are built, and strong relationships are what this industry runs on.
