What kind of roles do you recruit for?
While I specialise in HR and Business Support, I am not just limited to this. I recently recruited 50 onsite workers for a world famous luxury brand.
Why do you stand out above the rest?
I am so dedicated to my craft. So dedicated in fact that I once returned home early from an overseas holiday to help my biggest client stand up a team of support specialists for an emergency recovery programme. This was well before the days of remote working, so got on that plane didn’t I!
How did you get into recruitment?
Like most, I just fell into it. I am a natural people connector so this is the perfect job for me. After working in senior administration roles in Wellington I spread my wings and landed in London for a few years, as us Kiwi’s do. Once returning home, a very good friend of mine sparked my interest in joining their agency and as they say, the rest is history. To still be working in agency recruitment over 10 years later is testament to my grit, resilience and determination.
