Kirsty brings over 18 years of industry experience, including nine years as a Principal Consultant at H2R Consulting and seven years as a Principal Consultant with The Johnson Group.
As a Director at Rothley her focus is on growing our business and delivering leadership search assignments across government, private sector, and not-for-profit organisations. Since joining Rothley, Kirsty has delivered some of the toughest executive assignments, including concurrent searches for three Deputy Secretary roles. Kirsty also spent some time as a Contractor leading the recruitment and selection processes for the Policy, Legal, and Finance portfolios at Oranga Tamariki providing her with valuable experience within government.
Outside of work she has three lovely children who keep her entertained (and busy!)
