Kirsty brings close to two decades of recruitment expertise, with a career built on deep specialist knowledge across the New Zealand public and private sectors. Beginning her recruitment career in 2004, she has held progressive leadership roles across a number of well-regarded Wellington consultancies, developing a strong reputation for her ability to identify and secure high-quality talent across a number of disciplines.
Her experience spans both contingency and executive search assignments, and she has a proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for complex, senior-level appointments.
As a Director of Rothley, Kirsty specialises in leadership search and specialist recruitment, partnering with organisations to find candidates who not only meet the technical requirements of a role, but who are the right cultural and organisational fit also.
Prior to joining Rothley, Kirsty held senior consulting roles at H2R Consulting and The Johnson Group, where she led executive search and selection processes for a broad range of organisations.
Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington.
