Kirk began his career in recruitment over 20 years ago, starting in blue-collar recruitment, where pace, volume, and reliability mattered. He progressed into white-collar construction recruitment, supporting professional and project-based roles across complex builds and infrastructure programmes, before going on to build and lead an IT contracting desk, supplying specialist technology and transformation capability into enterprise and public-sector environments.
More recently, Kirk spent two years as a sales specialist with a leading New Zealand systems integrator, working alongside executives and delivery leaders on large-scale technology and transformation initiatives. This gives him a rare end-to-end perspective — from workforce and capability planning through to solution design and delivery reality.
