FAQ's

What makes Momentum different from other recruitment agencies?
Momentum focuses on long-term partnerships, relationships and finding meaningful roles for candidates who have a genuine passion for the work they do. We’re not only job-fillers – we are changing lives.

How do you support candidates during the recruitment process?
With a no-ghosting policy. Every candidate gets a reply or feedback - whether we are in a candidate short, or in a candidate-saturated market.

How can I stand out as a candidate in today’s market?
Be deliberate. Do not apply for just any role that comes your way. Choose and apply for roles that both align with your skills and experience and would provide value to your career in the long term. We also do not want to oversaturate the market with your CV. A deliberate, consultative and considered approach will always yield the best results.
