Since then, she has held roles spanning Business Support, Health, and for the past six years, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement — areas in which she has built deep expertise and an extensive network as part of the Momentum Auckland team.

What roles do you recruit for?
I recruit in both the contract and permanent space in mid to senior level roles. In Finance; finance & management accounting, business partnering, analysts, financial control and commercial management. In procurement; procurement specialists, purchasing officers, category and procurement management.
What is your point of difference in the market?
Firstly, we work in partnership across the finance portfolio which enables more breadth across the market and creates a collaborative approach to each process. Secondly, relationship first is at the heart of everything we do which is a core value of Momentum and highly resonates with me.
What is your “why”?
My family, first and always. I also genuinely love helping people, working alongside people, and understanding what they truly value and need. Seeing a partnership established based off that understanding is a real high for me.
