I recruit across contract, permanent and fixed term roles with a particular focus on technical development, security, data, IT management and architecture positions.
What is the market currently doing?
There are still ongoing restructurings, meaning approval to hire contractors can be more difficult for hiring managers. After a relatively cooler contract market in the last 12 – 18 months, it’s good to see some more contract opportunities emerging. We’re seeing the red tape being removed and permanent headcount being approved. The fixed-term market has boomed in the last 12 months, creating shorter term opportunities for the market.
What’s your point of difference?
I work in a partnership desk with my colleague, Kevin Lynch, meaning there are two Senior Consultants working on any opportunity you need resources for. We conduct a thorough market search as well as shoulder tapping our ever-growing candidate pool and contacts in the market.
