Lindy is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Momentum Consulting Group, a leading NZ Owned Recruitment company. Based in the Wellington office, she is a seasoned finance and business leader with over 20 years of experience spanning New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Lindy has been a key part of the organisation's growth and success for nearly 12 years, holding several senior roles including General Manager – Wellington, Financial Controller, and Management Accountant
Since stepping into the CFO role in 2015, Lindy has led Momentum’s financial strategy, governance, and performance management, while also contributing significantly to operational leadership and long-term planning. Prior to re-joining Momentum in 2013, Lindy worked in various contract and consulting roles in London and Wellington, where she developed a robust foundation in financial reporting, budgeting, and revenue analysis.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Lindy has been actively involved in community service, having served as Treasurer for the Kapiti Coast Hockey Club during 2016-2024.
Lindy is known for combining deep technical expertise with commercial insight and leadership. With a strong reputation for financial stewardship, operational excellence, and people leadership, Lindy continues to play a significant role in shaping the strategic direction of Momentum Consulting Group and the broader professional services sector.
