My Biography

Jesse Strong joined our Momentum team as a Sourcing Specialist in 2019 with over 2 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Media Studies at Victoria University, Jesse moved to England to begin her career. Jesse found recruitment early on in her work as a Resourcer, Sourcing Consultant and a Recruitment Coordinator. Thoroughly enjoying playing a part in finding someone their dream role, Jesse wanted to further her career in recruitment and joined the Momentum team. Bringing a positive energy and a high level of competence to her role, Jesse has made a strong impact at Momentum and we are very proud to call her a part of the Momentum family.

My Why

Work plays a huge part in everyone’s lives, and to know that I have played a part in finding someone their dream role gives me all kinds of warm fuzzies!

My Desert Island, 3 things that I would take

Food, beers and a boat to take me home when I run out of food and beers.

My Weekend

My weekends usually involve pizza and binge-watching crime documentaries on Netflix.

My Success

One time I navigated my way out of an IKEA on my own. From memory, it was exactly like the film Labyrinth. I’m almost certain I’m not exaggerating.
