Professional Background 

Caolan began his career in Ireland, working in banking for over five years and qualifying as a Financial Advisor before moving into recruitment. He holds a BSc (Honours) in Digital Technology, Design and Innovation from Dublin Technological University and is PRINCE2-qualified, providing both commercial and technical grounding for his consulting work. 
His approach combines strategic workforce advice with hands-on recruitment expertise, ensuring lasting partnerships and long-term fit for clients and candidates alike.
