Service Desk Analyst
Contract (6month) | Auckland | Level 1 & 2 Support | Fully on-site
We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst
to join a busy IT team on a 6-month contract. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, prioritising and responding to service desk calls and monitoring tools, ensuring smooth running of ICT systems across New Zealand.
What you’ll do:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support across hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve faults to meet SLAs
- Support desktop devices, servers, printers, mobiles, and business apps
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle issues with professionalism
- Work closely with colleagues and external providers to resolve escalations
- Previous experience in IT support/service desk (L1 & L2)
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft Office, Active Directory & O365
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer focus
