- Preparing operations for the rollout of new, integrated technology platforms
- Ensuring seamless transition from manual, paper-based processes to digital workflows
- Driving readiness across multiple teams for improved outage and incident management
- Lead all activities to enable operational teams to be ready for technology changes
- Work side-by-side with internal and external stakeholders to ensure readiness across a 24/7, mission-critical environment
- Develop and execute detailed plans for training, process documentation, and operational cutover
- Maintain structure and clarity in a complex programme with multiple workstreams
- Proven experience in operational readiness or business readiness for large-scale technology change
- Background in mission-critical operations(utilities, electricity distribution, telco's, or similar 24/7 environments)
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach
- Ability to communicate directly with actionable plans
