About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex, business-focused projects (not IT or construction) requiring strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while embedding continuous improvement and operational excellence.
A critical part of this role is building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, including local iwi and community representatives, to ensure projects reflect cultural values and community needs.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can navigate complexity and deliver results. Ideally, you will have:
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects
- Background in housing projects or housing operations
- Ability to engage effectively with iwi and mana whenua
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Experience driving process improvement and operational efficiencies
- Professional qualification in Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP or similar)
