We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager
with strong experience across business-focused projects to be part of a career-defining transformation programme. This is not a technical PM role.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a lead contributor to designing and implementing a new operating model, applying design thinking and driving continuous improvement.
- Develop business cases and progress endorsed changes with clarity and structure.
- Use customer insights and coordinate across teams to deliver outcomes that improve service delivery.
- Embed an innovation mindset and uplift capability across the programme.
- Influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity, red tape, and change resistance with confidence.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with acquisition or integration projects is essential.
- Strong understanding of human-centred design and customer-led thinking.
- Business acumen and ability to see the big picture while managing detail.
- Project delivery experience in complex environments with interdependencies.
