This is a permanent role in a fast-paced environment where new strategies, channels and ways of working are being designed as the team grows. You’ll need to be comfortable navigating ambiguity, contributing ideas, and helping shape the way things are done.

About the role:

In this role, your ability to extract, understand and distil complex technical information will be key. You’ll work with subject matter experts across operations and engineering to turn detailed content into clear, targeted messaging — ensuring that information is accessible and relevant stakeholders.

  • Translate complex technical and operational information into clear, accessible messaging suitable for all key audiences.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to extract and refine key messages for use across multiple campaign channels.
  • Provide strategic input to campaign planning and content development.
  • Support rapid response communication needs during incidents or emergencies.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer communication channels using insights and feedback.
About you:
  • You bring significant experience (7+ years) in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • You have excellent skills in translating technical detail into clear, audience-friendly messaging.
  • You understand the importance of tailoring messages across different channels and audiences — and you have a strong audience-first mindset.
  • You are organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where new systems and processes are evolving.
  • You’re a team player who enjoys working collaboratively to drive outcomes.
