We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major digital initiative focused on developing a customer portal that transforms how clients access and interact with services.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Engineering, to define business requirements, capture user journeys, and ensure the delivery of an intuitive, scalable solution.
