We're looking for a Senior Business Manager to join one of New Zealand's most awarded PR agencies. Based in Auckland, you'll be part of a team delivering bold, creative campaigns that make real cultural impact, working alongside top creative partners on integrated, career-defining projects.
This is a chance to step up and take ownership across a portfolio of clients. You'll be a trusted lead day-to-day, balancing client management with hands-on delivery. You'll guide projects from strategy to execution, mentor junior team members, and still stay close to the craft that makes great work happen.

- Lead media and influencer engagement strategies
- Create standout content for diverse audiences and channels

- 3-5 years' PR experience within an agency
- Strong media, influencer, and content skills
