We’re looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist to support our client, a professional services firm based in Auckland CBD. This is a full-time, temporary assignment starting immediately.

What is in it for you:

  • $28 per hour + 8% Holiday pay

Key responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Booking meeting rooms and assisting with general admin
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role
  • Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
  • Proactive and organised, with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
