- Embedding a learning and improvement mindset across programme delivery.
You are a relationship-driven project professional with a track record of delivering in fast-paced or complex environments. Your strong communication skills, eye for detail, and collaborative approach make you a trusted partner across diverse stakeholder groups.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- 5+ years of experience in project or programme management.
- Proven success delivering organisational or strategic change initiatives.
- Strong planning, documentation, and tracking capabilities.
- Proficiency with project tools and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage senior leadership.
- A commitment to equity, inclusion, and upholding the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
What We Offer
- A 12-month fixed-term contract with flexible working arrangements.
- The chance to contribute to a meaningful programme of change.
- A supportive team environment that values learning and diverse perspectives.
If you’re an experienced project manager who thrives on delivering results through collaboration and clarity, we’d love to hear from you.
