We're looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced team within healthcare. This role plays a key part in establishing and supporting core office functions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage office support systems for the Directorate
  • Create and maintain process documentation and team communications
  • Oversee the shared mailbox and coordinate responses
  • Calendar scheduling for senior leaders and project meetings
  • Manage documentation via SharePoint (Pikau)
  • Assist with document control and version management
What we are looking for:

You’re highly organised, calm under pressure, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You're confident juggling priorities and working with a diverse group of stakeholders. Experience in healthcare or government settings would be a bonus, but not essential.
