We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support a new and exciting project from the ground up. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in the early stages of building structure and processes within an organisation.
About the Role
In this pivotal position, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to establish the administrative and operational foundations of the project. You’ll be the go-to for all things admin, ensuring everything runs smoothly from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- High-level executive support including diary and calendar management
- Set up office systems and operational processes
- Coordinate and minute meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- General office management duties
- Assist with workflow creation, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Liaise across departments to ensure seamless project delivery
We’re after someone who:
- Has proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role
- Is confident setting up systems and structures from scratch
- Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently
- Is tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office and other admin tools
- Central CBD location with on-site parking
