This is a temporary full-time, on-site role supporting senior leaders and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This role will suit someone who is highly organised, detail orientated, and confident working across a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
This role reports to the Senior Executive Assistant and you will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support to the leadership team, as well as overseeing general office management and coordination. This is a varied role requiring strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Proven experience in office administration and executive support
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High levels of professionalism and discretion
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting a medium-sized office environment is preferred
