Our client's Professional Services team is growing and they are looking to bring onboard a MS Modern Workplace Engineer/Consultant to spearhead the design and delivery of strategic, scalable tech solutions for a diverse range of clients. 

About the role
You'll act as a technical consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping, proposing, and implementing technical solutions that meet clients’ business needs. You’ll work closely with the sales and managed services teams to scope, price, and present solutions—then take the reins to deliver them, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

This is a hands-on role with a healthy mix of technical design, project management, solution delivery, and client engagement. You'll also play a key role in developing repeatable service offerings and helping this organisation hit their Professional Services revenue targets.  Your key responsibilities will include:

• Create technical proposals and Statement of Work (SoWs).
• Drive technical discussions and present solutions to clients as needed. 
• Design and implement infrastructure and cloud-based solutions (MS365, Azure). 
• Oversee end-to-end delivery ensuring quality outcomes and satisfied clients. 
• Meet KPIs around billable and invoiced hours (80% billable, 65% invoiced weekly). 

• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, systems integration, and hybrid/cloud technologies. You have expertise with MS365 and Azure.
• Hands-on experience managing technical projects and leading delivery teams. 
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions.
