We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our client’s high-performing team as they continue to evolve and optimise their brand presence.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality tactical marketing campaigns and championing brand consistency across all channels. From briefing agencies to improving digital experiences and delivering compelling content, you’ll be the guardian of the brand, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the company’s values and goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan, develop, and deliver tactical marketing campaigns that are both proactive and reactive in nature.
- Manage or create collateral production through internal creative teams or design templates.
- Uphold brand consistency and ensure all content aligns with guidelines.
- Support digital teams to improve website, app, and other digital content delivery.
- Use customer insights to test new tools, channels, or processes.
- Report regularly on the performance of communication channels and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing and communications.
- Proven experience briefing creative studios and advertising agencies.
- Strong understanding of digital content channels, particularly websites and apps.
- Confident reporting on performance metrics and optimising content accordingly.
- A strategic yet hands-on mindset – someone who can roll up their sleeves and get things done.
- Bonus points for experience in graphic design and/or video production tools.
