Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior legal professionals
- Managing trust accounts and assisting with reconciliations and compliance
- Supporting matters related to executive leasing and property transactions
- Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Diary management, file maintenance, and client communications
- Liaising with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary in a senior role
- Sound knowledge of trust account handling and relevant compliance
- Experience with executive leasing and property-related documentation
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering) knowledge will be highly advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A stable and consistent work history is essential
