  • You take a commercial and pragmatic approach, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery (such as, quickly designing and delivering a workshop).
  • You are practical, solutions-focused, able to drive out complexity (simplify), down to earth, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You bring energy and strong facilitation and presentation skills, to confidently hold a room, including senior business leaders who may challenge you.
  • Experienced enabling effective leadership during times of change and bringing those resisting change on the journey.
  • Basic Te Reo or a willingness to learn is highly valued and supported.

  • Enjoy a varied and impactful role where you can make a real difference.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your L&OD career and work in a team that values both people and performance, we’d love to hear from you.
