What you’ll be doing:
You’ll lead a skilled team of devs and collaborate with data experts, hardware engineers and partners to build bespoke solutions across web, mobile and hardware. From scoping and strategy through to deployment, you’ll own the software journey — always keeping usability, performance and security at the heart. Think APIs, data pipelines, UX and cloud platforms.
What you'll bring to the table:
- 8+ years in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience across modern web and mobile frameworks, with a first preference for .NET and MAUI
- Solid background in cloud services (Azure)
- Proven leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and agile ways of working
- A love for high performance – not just system performance, but people performance too
- RESTful API design, ML pipelines, data processing frameworks, with a good eye for UX
