You’ll lead a capable technical team, manage service delivery and escalations, ensure systems run securely and reliably, and support strategic projects that improve performance and enable growth. Some of your responsibilities include:

- Lead and mentor the IT support and infrastructure team, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Manage the internal technology environment – including servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud platforms
- Maintain incident and request management processes to meet agreed SLAs
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure services align with business needs
- Champion continuous improvement and implement new tools or processes where needed
- Drive a culture of accountability, learning, and technical excellence within the team
- Proven leadership in IT support, infrastructure, or operations
- Strong technical knowledge of systems architecture, networks, and cloud-based platforms
- Experience managing IT support services and delivering to SLAs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, service-focused mindset with a desire to lead and improve
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping people and systems running smoothly
