IT Service Engineer – Field & Desktop Support

We’re looking for an IT Service Engineer to join a close-knit team supporting a wide range of hardware, applications, and desktops in a busy but friendly environment.
About the role:
This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm) where you'll handle Level 1–2 support across a typical Microsoft environment. You’ll be working with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows desktops, and a range of business applications and hardware. No call logging and flogging here – this is hands-on troubleshooting with a human touch.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support (Level 1–2)
- Confident across Microsoft 365, desktop support, Azure, and Windows environments
- Calm under pressure, empathetic, and committed to finding the right fix
- Experience with both hardware and software support
