Field Services Engineer | 3month Fixed Term (potential to become permanent) | Auckland City based
Join a growing Kiwi tech company delivering smart solutions in networking, automation, and access systems. This is a hands-on role supporting a range of technologies, with loads of training and growth on offer.
What you’ll be doing:
- Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Supporting Wi-Fi and access control systems
- Providing remote and on-site support to clients across New Zealand
- Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and sales to deliver quality outcomes
- Solid understanding of networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Comfortable working with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux and Mac environments
- Great communication skills and a can-do attitude.
