We are recruiting an experienced HR Coordinator for a 3 month fixed term contract with a well established client based in Orewa. This role offers a strong opportunity to go permanent for the right person. Early January start.

  • Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum Pro-Rata
  • Contract: 3 month fixed term with potential to extend or go permanent
About the role

You will support the HR team with day to day coordination across the employee lifecycle. A strong working knowledge of Workday is essential, as this system will be used daily.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage HR administration across onboarding, changes, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records within Workday
  • Support payroll processes and reporting
  • Assist with contracts, letters, and policy documentation
  • Provide general HR support to managers and employees
About you
  • Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role
  • Hands on experience using Workday is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
  • Available to start in early January
