Our client, a large education provider, is seeking an experienced and data-savvy HR Analyst to join their close kit People & Culture team on a 3-month contract.
In this role, you'll support the Head of People & Culture, HRIS Lead, and wider HR team by delivering high-quality people data analysis, HR reporting, insights, and dashboards. You'll help drive data-informed decision making across the organisation and contribute to their HRIS & Remuneration project.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on key HR metrics
- Deliver insights to support strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organisational effectiveness
- Manage and improve HR dashboards using tools such as Power BI
- Work collaboratively across the HR and Finance functions to ensure consistent and meaningful reporting
- Proven experience in a HR Analyst or similar People Systems & Reporting role with 3+ years’ experience working with different HRIS
- Comfortable working with large datasets and confident in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics
- A proactive, flexible, and curious mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
