This role plays a crucial part within the finance team, driving the financial control, planning and reporting utilising a process improvement mindset. You will be a right hand to the GM finance providing crucial support while leading the team’s delivery of results through strong financial controls.
Reporting to the GM Finance key responsibilities will include:
- Month end budgeting and forecasting
- Lead monthly performance review
- Financial compliance and ensuring strong financial controls
- Levering technologies
- Value add reporting
- Improving financial process and balance sheet control
- Supporting broader group reporting requirements
You will have:
- Previous experience within a similar role in a FMCG or manufacturing business
- Your CA or similar qualification
- Strong technical accounting abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Stakeholder engagement and effective communication
- Strong Excel knowledge and ideally experience with SAP
